Recently I built a web-based password reset tool for our users at work to use if they forgot their Notes password.

I decided to make the application available for free (with permission of mey employer, of course). I plan to post it to OpenNTF.org shortly, but in the mean time you can read more about it and download it at http://blog.texasswede.com/free-software-password-reset-for-notesdomino/
